Yes. Once your upholstery job is booked in and you have chosen your fabric, we ask for payment upfront. This ensures we can order in plenty of time and keep your project running smoothly.

Of course. If you’d like to hold onto any of the original materials, whether for sentimental reasons or to reuse for something else, just let me know before I start the work. We’ll make sure they’re set aside for you.

Yes. We work with professional movers, and their fee will be included in your estimate, if needed. If your item can fit in your car, you’re also welcome to drop it off. There’s parking right outside the workshop.

Yes. Many of the materials we use come in sustainable options like organic fibres, recycled content, and low-impact dyes. We can also offer greener alternatives to standard PU foam or suggest animal-free alternatives for traditional work.

If you’re after a truly low-impact option, traditional upholstery is a great choice. It uses natural materials like hessian, wool, and horsehair, all of which are biodegradable, better for your health and the planet.

Yes, you’re welcome to supply your own fabric. We can help you assess whether it’s suitable for your project in terms of durability and fire safety compliance, but ultimately, the responsibility rests with you.
Please be aware that we can’t accept liability for issues such as flaws, shrinkage, stretching, or poor wear, or for any fabric that turns out to be unsuitable. A 25% handling surcharge applies to customer-supplied fabrics, and any shortages or delays caused by them will also be your responsibility.

Once your furniture arrives at the workshop, most projects take between 4 and 6 weeks. We’ll give you a clear timeline when we book everything in and keep you updated as we go.
